| WHO WE ARE |
Syracuse Obedience Training Club Inc., based in Central New York, is an AKC-licensed obedience club founded in 1960 to “teach people to train their dogs.”
SOTC conducts business, and offers classes and trials, at 6392 Deere Rd., Syracuse, near Carrier Circle. For map and directions, click on:

SOTC offers several sessions of training classes each year, serving over 200 students per session. Classes are open to the public, and we welcome both purebreds and mixed breeds. We offer Puppy and Basic classes as well as classes for handlers wishing to compete in Obedience, Rally, Agility, Conformation, and Tracking.
SOTC also holds AKC Obedience,Rally, and Agility trials and Tracking tests.
SOTC has over 200 members who have earned titles in many areas of competition, including Conformation, Obedience, Rally, Agility, Tracking, Herding, Lure Coursing, Freestyle, Water Trials, and Hunt Tests.
SOTC is a New York State registered 501(c)3 educational corporation (organized not-for-profit).
